When Blake Lively goes on a press tour, she goes hard on the style. Yes, that sometimes means changing outfits for each appearance — even if they take place on the same day — to ensure there are no repeated looks. Yesterday, for example, the actress sported three different red carpet-ready outfits in New York before 1:00pm, and each was more amazing than the last.
The first was a sunny, monochrome look from Brandon Maxwell's Spring 2018 collection, which just hit the runway at New York Fashion Week last month. Lively kept her hair half up, revealing two statement earrings for her guest appearance on Good Morning America.
Next, to leave Good Morning America, Lively sported a fresh-off-the-runway Oscar de la Renta dress and Christian Louboutin printed pumps. Even her hair and accessories were different, too, with her blonde locks swept in loose curls and blue earrings completing the look.
For her last look of the day (so far), Lively suited up in a dogtooth jumpsuit from Chanel's Fall 2017 collection. The actress styled the piece with a chain belt and box bag by the French house, metallic pumps, and silver oversized rings. She also donned pendant earrings and kept her blonde hair pinned to the side.
Her fourth look was an all-plaid-everything outfit from Ralph Lauren's autumn/winter 2017 collection, paired with oxblood boots and a brown crocodile Hermès Birkin bag. She even completed the menswear details, adding a necktie and two pocket squares.
The fifth look included a lot more layers: a blue wrap dress, maroon leather jacket, a basket woven handbag, and floral printed boots. Lively kept her hair in a side braid and accessorized with a pair of turquoise and blue tasseled earrings.
Next up, the actress wore another Chanel number. The striking metallic gown featured plenty of embellishment. She teamed it with silver strappy heels.
Her final look of the evening was an embellished Monse top, which she teamed with navy trousers and statement red shoes as she stepped out with husband Ryan Reynolds.
Can you imagine the size of her suitcase if this is just one day's worth of clothing?
