Revealed: The Designer Behind Beyoncé’s Outfit In Her First Photo With Twins Sir Carter And Rumi
You probably have never heard of this label… but that’s all set to change
Beyoncé is a Queen, we all know it. And after that iconic pregnancy announcement earlier this year, the Lemonade singer followed up in equally fabulous style to introduce her one month old twins, Sir Carter and Rumi, to the world across the weekend.
Shot at the six-acre oceanfront mansion in Malibu the family has been renting since the twins birth, the image shows Bey looking all glowy and goddess-y in front of a divine floral arch cradling Sir Carter and Rumi in her arms whilst draped in a beautiful, floor-length ruffled robe.
The robe, whose pink and blue tones are perfect for the arrival of Bey and Jay’s boy and girl, was designed by Alejandro Gómez Palomo for his menswear brand Palomo Spain. Beyoncé had placed the order well before she was pregnant and upon hearing the news of her pregnancy, Alejandro believed she wouldn’t wear the piece – and then it turned up in this hall-of-fame birth announcement picture.
The photo racked up just shy of 10 million likes on Queen Bey’s Insta account meaning that whilst this may be the first time we’ve heard of the brand, it certainly won’t be the last.
