What do you do?
I'm a Crossﬁt athlete, Level one coach and proud owner of Platform. I started Crossﬁt in early 2013, I did my ﬁrst competition and got hooked! When I ﬁrst started Crossﬁt, I enjoyed the fact that I was learning something new every day. Even today, closing 4 years into my journey I am still signing up for courses, listening to my coaches queues and researching whenever I want to educate myself on something I don't know much about. I did my ﬁrst competition in August 2013 and then did the weekly DFC at the end of 2013 as well. I never imagined myself being a competitive person, nor have I ever thought of myself being a sponsored athlete, but I became one!
What is your favourite part about what you do?
Crossﬁt creates a support system for those who are on their ﬁtness journey and want to stick to a healthy lifestyle, and that's what helped me to keep going!
What motivates you?
The drive to be better every day, to reach my goals and nothing feels better than progressing in areas you work so hard in.
What is your personal life motto?
Love yourself and do what you love, everything else will follow.
What is your top tip for staying ﬁt and healthy in 2017?
Write down your goals every month and remind yourself why you are doing it.
