Multi-award winning restaurant Pierchic is famous for its stunning over-the-water location on the pier at Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel, and its currently celebrating the relaunch of its popular Friday brunch. Exquisite seafood dishes for all, with guests encouraged to dress with a touch of white for a "truly chic affair".
Crafted by Head Chef Rosalind Parsk, the brunch menu’s tour de force is the internationally sourced seafood platter: A decadent spread of fresh lobster caught off the coast of Oman, Norwegian prawns, deliciously smoked salmon from the Severn and Wye Valley as well as fresh clams and mussels from New Zealand. We suggest you start with a light Tagliaatelle; smoked grilled prawns infused with rosemary and tomato ragout, and a chestnut and whipped cream Lobster Bisque. For the main dishes diners have a choice between two sharing platters: an Aged Angus Aged Angus Chateaux Briand, a succulent roast beef carved at the table or the freshly caught Fish of the Day, which is baked to perfection and filleted tableside; both are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes. The grand finale is the beautifully presented Baked Alaska, a meringue dessert served with stewed and flambé plums.
