Save your appetite for November 1, when the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is hosting a once in a lifetime gathering of 25 renowned Italian Michelin-starred chefs and ten local celebrity chefs at the United Nations by Italian Cuisines - Michelin-Starred Chefs Gala. As part of the seventh Italian World Cuisine Summit, the plan is to create a culinary star-studded event with the chefs cooking together for the public for one night only, showcasing sample dishes paired with Italian wines, plus theinvitation to explore live preparation stations to the shoud of famous Italian swing band, Mark Zitti Fratelli Coltelli.

The line up of local names includes Heinz Beck from Social, Rory Duncan of La Petite Maison, Izu Ani of Le Serre, Colin Clague from Jean George, Greg Malouf from Cle’, Luis Ezqueta from Urban Paella Dubai, and Rafaie Othman from Zuma.“This is an incredible chance for any passionate foodie or simply anyone who loves to eat! It’s unprecedented to have 25 Michelin Starred Chefs in one place, and have a chance to taste their food for such a low price.
