The accommodations at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha are a testament to luxury and comfort. My room, a stunning suite with panoramic views of the water body, was nothing short of regal. The interior design was a tasteful fusion of contemporary elegance and Arabic influences, with plush furnishings and a spacious layout that made me feel like I had stepped into my own palace. All details were surely taken care of, from the king-sized bed to the separate rainforest shower. The cherry on top? The majestic chandeliers which are frequently spotted throughout the hotel spaces.
Dining at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha was surely a delight. Being a vegetarian, I frequently encounter several difficulties with finding a variety of cuisines and dishes to choose from. However, the hotel boasts a collection of top-quality restaurants, each offering a unique culinary experience, all suiting my dietary requirements. For those seeking an upscale spot STK Doha, serves succulent cuts of meat with several additional international dishes. Sel & Miel, the hotel’s French brasserie, offers authentic Parisian flavours. And not to miss the Lagoon restaurant, with its international buffet options, further add to the hotel’s gastronomic treasure.
My absolute favourite facility at this haven was undoubtedly the Spa. A sanctuary of tranquility, this space offers an array of indulgent treatments, including traditional Arabian therapies. However, during my stay, I opted for the classic, a deep tissue massage. The expert therapists ensure that every visit is a journey towards rejuvenation and relaxation.
What truly sets The Ritz-Carlton, Doha apart are its multiple swimming pools, each an oasis of their own. The main pool, set against the backdrop of the turquoise waters of the Gulf, is the ideal spot to spend an afternoon with your loved ones. And of course, not to miss the state-of-the-art indoor semi-Olympic pool.
The private beach was surely a delight to visit. A pristine stretch of sandy shores, it offers an exclusive space for guests to bask in the sun, take a leisurely swim, or partake in thrilling water sports. The personalized service at the beach ensures that your every need is catered to, making it the ideal spot for an indulgent day under the sun.
I truly believe what makes a hotel different from others is the hospitality. Needless to say the less, The Ritz-Carlton, Doha met and exceeded expectations. The staff at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha possesses an innate ability to anticipate your every need. From the housekeeping team that ensured my suite was always pristine to the concierge who made dining reservations and offered expert local recommendations, every staff member was dedicated to providing a top level of service.
