BMI UAE’s Saturday brunches have long been known for their idyllic atmosphere but of recent, the iconic beach club has switched up gears to introduce a new Saturday brunch concept that will delight singles, couples and families alike.

Guests can choose to dine on the beach club’s terrace or opt for a sunbed on the beach. The brunch starts off with a delicious tapas-style platter served on the table which includes Mediterranean favorites such as patata bravas, mushroom croquets, smoked eggplants and dehydrated figs alongside international beach-inspired flavours of fresh sashimi, sushi and ceviche.
The main course is served up BBQ-style with a number of live stations sprawled across the club’s spacious terrace offering a plethora of mouth-watering seafood and meats including grilled lobster tails, prawns, Wagyu sirloin, tenderloin and ribeye. Gourmet condiments such as fresh chimichurri, homemade spicy barbecue sauce and creamy Hollandaise are thoughtfully made available at each station to complement the flavours. Dessert is light and fresh, bringing the meal to a sweet close.

Shisha made by an in-house expert is included within the brunch, and coupled with the groovy tunes playing in the background, makes for an exceptionally laid-back vibe. Sun, surf, sea breeze and great food make this Saturday brunch the perfect way to close out your weekend.
