It only takes one look through any street style gallery at Fashion Week to know that sneakers are, and continue to be, big business. The fash pack has wholeheartedly embraced the practical shoe, with everyone from Kendall to Karlie and even Céline's Phoebe Philo rocking a pair. Adidas' Stan Smith sneakers have been a mainstay in the wardrobes of fashion's elite, and today Adidas announced it would be bringing back its iconic Gazelle sneaker from the '60s, thereby declaring a new 'it' shoe has arrived.
The Gazelle was favoured by supermodel Kate Moss in the Nineties, and to celebrate the comeback, Adidas unearthed an old photo of Miss Moss sporting the shoe in 1993, and teamed up with artist Doug Abraham to bring it to life.
The sneaker has been released in 12 bright hues, all in suede, with the much-loved white rubber sole. Make sure you get in quick to get ahead of the trend. - Maddison Glendinning
