We have arrived at our new showroom in Paris! This season we have moved to a brand new Parisian space on Rue du Mont Thabor right in the centre of fashion week. With our team in tow, we are ready for the week ahead.
But first, coffee...
We arrived to the showroom at 930am, set up our NT candy bar to keep our guests fuelled throughout the week. We even had our own hard candy made with the collection symbol to sit alongside fortune cookies, marshmallows and biscuits on an antique fireplace with a whimsical flower arrangement to bring a little touch of magical spring/summer to the October skies.

Our morning was filled with appointments from some of our favourite friendly faces: Alia Alhamed from Rubaiyat Jeddah, followed by Tary Sawiris from Tasoni Zurich and Josie Gardner from Selfridge’s London. It is always so much fun, presenting our new collection, inspiration and materials of the season. We love receiving feedback from our buyers in order to continuously evolve. One of the most exciting things we have done this season is add chains to our clutches. Most of the collection can be worn with the gold or silver chains that are detachable depending on the time of day and occasion. This season, our collection shapes, colors and symbolism were inspired by Wes Anderson’s Grand Budapest Hotel creating a palette of dusty rose, tangy chartreuse, iridescent pearl contrasting with industrial steel and gold accents.
Day one of Paris Fashion Week requires me to wear my original clutch, The Polygonia, taking me back to where it all begun...
The day was filled with wonderful press meetings and further store appointments before we closed our day with our great friend Anum Bashir from Desert Mannequin. We caught up over dinner at Ferdi where the Kardashians and Kanye West also happened to be dining. It was a beautiful day filled with beautiful energy and a great start to the week!
