Superstar Rihanna, who recently sported a Middle Eastern designer at the 2016 MTV VMAs ahead of her trip to Abu Dhabi later this year, caused a major sartorial stir when she debuted her collection for sportswear giant Puma back in February during the A/W16 shows. Now, six months later, the collection, titled FENTY PUMA by Rihanna, is finally available to buy.
The collection was released worldwide today both in-stores and online, and Rihanna shopped the collection alongside a few (hundred) lucky fans in NYC's Bergdorf Goodman this morning.
Stella Maxwell, Taylor Hill, Gigi Hadid and sister Bella were among the black lipstick- and attitude-clad models who showcased the collection on the catwalk in February, and consumers have been eagerly waiting for the pieces to become available for purchase.
Featuring oversized hoodies, slouchy track pants, crop tops, and all-in-ones, the collection (which you can see Team Bazaar's must-have edit of in the gallery above) is guaranteed to be all over Instagram in the coming days, particularly considering NYFW has officially started. If the success of her faux fur sliders was anything to go by (and we'd confidently say it is), then this collection won't stay in stock for long.
Want to get your hands on a piece (or the whole collection) here in the UAE? There's no word on whether regional Puma stores will stock Rihanna's designs, but Stylebop has a seriously add-to-basket-worthy selection available on the site right now. Happy shopping!
