Ever since its debut in August of last year, the Tommy Hilfiger and Gigi Hadid collaboration collection, TommyXGigi, and its accompanying runway extravaganza, has become one of the most hotly anticipated shows on the fashion week calendar. And next season, the pair is quite literally taking the show on the road, with WWD reporting the next runway show will take place in London.
Perhaps most excitingly, according to the site the show will take place on September 19 at 7pm local time, which means it will be the final show of London Fashion Week. It will take place at the city's iconic Roundhouse venue - renowned for its rock'n'roll history - which could be indicative of next season's collection theme.
Of the change in scenery, Tommy told WWD, "My vision for TommyNow was to create a global platform that we could take on tour to bring our show experience to new audiences around the world. It's about the fusion of fashion, entertainment and pop culture with experiences, performances and inspiring interactions that are designed around our consumers."
He added that the new collection "is inspired by my love of rock and grunge style from the Nineties, and London's inspiring heritage of fashion and music creates the perfect places to celebrate our next show."
The TommyNow show will include the latest season of TommyXGigi, which was recently confirmed to continue for two more seasons, and (as with the two previous shows) the styles will be available to purchase directly after the show has finished.
