The foodie movement is one that is showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Here in Dubai, we're spoiled for choice when it comes to our culinary options but one Dubai-based company is pushing the limits one step further.

Set in Dubai’s Alserkal Avenue, INKED is a new creative platform which hosts conceptual dinners, guest chef pop-ups, inventive cooking workshops, tastings, talks, private events and creative collaborations in a dedicated warehouse.

One of the most recent pop-ups is with Jacob's Food Diaries, a food blog run by Melbourne mother and food artist Laleh Mohmedi. Laleh gained a vast following on Instagram after she began posting photographs of her movie-inspired culinary creations made out of fresh and healthy ingredients for her son Jacob. If dealing with a picky eater sounds familiar to you, then you'll want to save her Instagram feed to your favourites as Laleh's business was born out of trying to feed Jacob, a fussy eater.

Click through our gallery above to take a look at some of the amazing creations featured at the INKED pop-up (we know that they're aimed at children but we're tempted to whip up a few of these ourselves) and for more information, visit Laleh's Instagram page here
