At 47, Jennifer Aniston is among Hollywood's ageless, with a body that looks the same as it did in her twenties. Maintaining that requires a very disciplined diet and workout routine — one Jennifer broke down for Harper's Bazaar US' April issue.

Aniston works out five days a week, and each session is a combination of cardio and stretches. "[I do] a 15-minute-quad thing: I do 15 minutes on the elliptical, 15 spinning, 15 running, and then I do portions of the Body by Simone DVD for floor work. It's so freaking hard, it's unbelievable," she says.

She also follows a very clean diet: she avoids sugar (her major indulgences are margaritas and guacamole), and her regular lunch consists of "a salad with protein" or a chicken patty wrapped in lettuce. 

The pay-off is being at her peak: "I feel better in my forties," she says. "Not only do you feel better in your body physically, but you're mentally better... For me, in my thirties I was just trying to figure it all out. Then when you hit 40, you're like: 'Oh, okay. I got this.' There are women who've hit 50 who are stunners, like shocking. We just take better care of ourselves."
