Olivier Rousteing and Sam McKnight switched things up, literally, for A/W16

The prime place for models to take a selfie this season was backstage at Balmain, where hairstylist Sam McKnight was busy turning famous blondes into brunettes, and vice versa, using long, layered Balmain-branded wigs. “Olivier wanted to create a surprise,” explained McKnight, “but we’ve still got natural, sexy, easy, cool girl hair.” In addition to Hadid and Jenner, who got snap-happy after seeing the transformation, the crew who got new temporary colour included Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lily Donaldson, Alessandra Ambrosio, Devon Windsor and Lindsey Wixon.
