Emily Ratajkowski Is Being Sued For An Instagram Story
And its by the same photographer who sued Gigi Hadid earlier this year…
‘It’ girl Emily Ratajkowski is being sued for sharing a photo of herself on her Instagram stories. The image featured the 28-year-old model holding up a bouquet of flowers to her face which she captioned with “Mood Forever”. The photographer behind the candid moment, Robert O’Neil is taking Emrata to court for reportedly not getting his permission or consent to post the image and is demanding for upto Dhs547,000 in damaged as well as any profits she may have incurred from his word to be reimbursed to him.
This isn’t the first time that Robert O’Neil has filed a lawsuit against a model for posting one of his images. O’Neil pursued similar charges against Gigi Hadid just last month when she put up an image of boyfriend Zayn Malik on her stories without the New York-based photographer’s consent. O’Neil complained that Gigi Hadid violated his rights as the exclusive copyright holder of the photo and that the 24-year-old supermodel “is not, and has never been, licensed or otherwise authorized to reproduce, publicly display, distribute and/or use the photograph.”
