Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Has Been Appointed As KSA’s Prime Minister
The decision was revealed in a royal decree issued by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud
The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman, has been declared the Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia.
According to a cabinet reshuffle ordered by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Salman will be assuming his new position alongside his brother, Prince Khalid bin Salman, who has been named as the Defense Minister of the Kingdom.

Several new ministers were appointed as part of the issue of the royal decree, including Minister of State and Minister of Sports.
Congratulatory messages are being sent to the new leaders from across the world, including His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, who wished the brothers on their new roles.

“Sincere congratulations to my brother Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on his appointment as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to Prince Khalid bin Salman on becoming Defence Minister,” he wrote on Twitter.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, also took to Twitter to extend his warm wishes to the Saudi Crown Prince.
“I congratulate my brother, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, on his appointment as the Kingdom’s Prime Minister,” he wrote within the tweet.

The seventh son of the King of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed was named the Crown Prince of the Kingdom in 2017 and has since been instrumental in bringing the King’s Vision 2030 for a transformed Saudi Arabia to life.
