Impressing Dubai residents is no easy feat, especially those who proudly consider themselves to be foodies at heart. In recent years the emirate’s culinary scene has gone through quite the evolution, with acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs from around the world flocking to the city in droves.
Forget gold covered steaks and smashable desserts; diners with elevated palettes expect the best of the best on a night out – and The Link at One&Only One Za’abeel is about to raise the bar next month, offering a delectable immersive experience for one night.
The Infinity Dinner at The Link
The culinary haven in the sky, located 100m above the bustling streets below, will be hosting The Infinity Dinner, welcoming seven renowned chefs – Anne-Sophie Pic, one of the most acclaimed female chefs in the world; Paco Morales of Andalusian restaurant Noor; Tetsuya Wakuda, best-loved for his unique take on combining Japanese cuisine with French techniques; eco-gastronomy stars Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones; Mehmet Gürs and Dabiz Muñoz of newly opened StreetXO fame – as they cater an immersive six-course meal for just 20 guests in the hidden Infinity Room.
Set to take place on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 the event will start at 19:00. Guests can also expect “exquisite surprises” throughout the night, which will begin with a welcome drink at The Link’s Sphere, and end with a unique gift to commemorate the experience.
