Packing for a long holiday abroad is always a challenge, especially for those of us with extensive beauty routines. Yesterday evening, Shiva Safai unveiled four vegan brushes across her social media channels, sharing with fans the brushes she simply cannot live without. Designed in California, the set boasts sleek grey textured handles with rose gold detailing and includes a tapered face brush (think your basic, everyday blush or powder brush; kabuki (perfect for applying foundation or buffing out concealer); a lash and brow spoolie (the perfect solution for taming unruly brows with a bit of hairspray); and a tapered blending brush for eyeshadow.
“I made sure these four brushes would tend to every beauty need without having to pack an extra pouch filled with brushes when I travel,” notes Shiva, who is no stranger to spending extensive time abroad.
While travel brushes have gained a bit of a bad rap in the past due for being lesser in quality when compared to their professional counterparts, this set feels luxurious in all aspects; the bristles are extremely soft and the textured rubber handles makes applying products to one’s face easy.
