Carine Roitfeld is adding another string to her bow with her beauty debut

Not content with conquering every aspect of the fashion industry, iconic French editor Carine Roitfeld – and BAZAAR cover shoot photographer – has now set her eyes on the beauty world with the launch of her first fragrance collection, Carine Roitfeld Parfums.

Debuting exclusively on Net-a-Porter, the signature collection of ‘7 Lovers’ features seven distinct and captivating scents inspired by Roitfeld’s seven favourite cities around the world, and the ‘unforgettable loves’ she equates with each one: Aurélien for Paris, George for London, Kar-Wai for Hong Kong, Lawrence for Dubai, Orson for New York, Sebastian for Buenos Aires and Vladimir for St Petersburg.

Carine Roitfeld’s collection comprises seven unisex scents

As would be expected from someone with Roitfeld’s grandeur, the scents themselves are bold, with notes of heady florals, amber ouds and rich leather throughout. A collaboration with three different perfumers, Aurélien Guichard, Pascal Gaurin, and Yann Vasnier, these are perfumes that have been designed to last well into the evening, perfect for that special rendezvous.
