MAKE-UP & FRAGRANCE

Favourite makeup brand and why? I’ve always been an advocate for less is more. My go-to brands are either Tom Ford or Nars. I wear both the Tom Ford bronzer and Nars blush religiously. I also love Charlotte Tilbury’s eyeliner.

Foundation: I’d rather use a tinted moisturiser, but if I need a little something extra under the eyes I use the Chanel Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint.

Go-to lip colour: The new Hermès 10 Rose d’Été Rosy Lip Enhancer is my favourite.

Mascara: The Chanel mascara is perfect to lift and volumise my lashes.

Signature scent: Dolce & Gabbana Red. It’s discontinued now. I have only three bottles left and am already dreading the day that they come to an end.

Make-up hack: If I am ever feeling a bit tired, I apply MZ Skin Replenish & Restore to give me an extra glow.

HAIR

Hair schedule: I get my hair coloured every 8-10 weeks to touch up my roots and highlights, all depending on what the season has done to my hair. Limoz Logli is my guru.

Style secret: I sleep with my hair pinned to give me volume!

Treatments: When I do colour my hair, I add a gloss.

Favourite products: Olaplex.

Off-duty hair look: Down and straight.

Bad hair day secret: I’ll always go for a ponytail.

SKIN & BODY

Skincare routine: I like to keep skincare simple, and I always say the best routine you can have is the one you are consistent with. In the mornings I wash my face with MZ Skin Cleanse & Clarify. Afterwards, I layer MZ Skin Brighten & Perfect 10% Vitamin C Serum to combat oxidative damage and promote collagen production while decreasing pigmentation, a condition I suffer from. My last step is MZ Skin Tint & Protect to help maintain hydration. In the evenings it’s pretty similar – cleanse, serum, eye cream and a moisturiser.

Go-to product for skin emergencies: Our new LightMAX Supercharged LED Mask 2.0 works wonders.

Flight essentials: Travelling can play havoc on the skin. If you are travelling by plane, it is likely your skin will be dehydrated. This means drinking plenty of water and using topical creams high in hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture.

Miracle product: I absolutely love using MZ Skin Rest & Revive overnight – it’s like a full night’s sleep in a bottle, I look like I’ve had 8 hours of sleep even if I haven’t!

Manicure: I generally have a nude on my nails; Essie Marshmallow or Mademoiselle.

Sun cream: SPF is essential. I use Heliocare Gel and Elta MD.

INTERVENTION

Attitude to injectables: I think of injectables like maintenance. I think it’s important to care for your skin, I do my own Botox and Profhilo injections routinely.

Cosmetic dermatologist: Myself!

Future intervention: Blepharoplasty when the time is right.

Secret surgeries: None… yet!

Most invasive procedure: Uvence. I used my own stem cells to help rejuvenate my skin.

DIET & FITNESS

Go-to snack: Green apples with almond butter is a favourite right now.

Workout method: 45 minutes of elliptical and Pilates to help with posture.

Guilty food pleasures: I can’t say no to peanut M&Ms.

Beverage preference: Definitely a green smoothie. I never drink coffee!

Food dislike: Anything fried is a no go, I’m also not a huge fan of Chinese food.
