Guerlain Announces Celebrity Make-Up Artist Mohammed Hindash As its First Ambassador For The Middle East

Uniting the maison’s storied Parisian elegance with Mohammed’s modern, sculptural artistry

In a harmonious meeting of legacy and modernity, Guerlain names Mohammed Hindash—celebrated make-up artist, beauty entrepreneur, and creative visionary—as its first-ever regional make-up ambassador for the Middle East.

Known for his sculptural, painterly approach to make-up, Mohammed’s work is rooted in precision and emotional storytelling, often working with celebrity clients such as Natalia Vodianova and Nancy Ajram. His appointment signals a new chapter in the maison’s Middle Eastern presence, shaped through a contemporary, local lens. “My chapter with Guerlain represents more than just beauty—it embodies timeless innovation rooted in heritage,” Mohammed shares. “I’ve immersed myself in the rich history of the maison, and I can’t wait to narrate that story on my models’ faces.”

Since 1828, Guerlain has embodied Parisian refinement, from the unveiling of the first lipstick in a tube in 1807 to its cult-favourite Terracotta bronzer. With Hindash at the helm in the region, these icons will be reimagined through a contemporary Arabic gaze—artistry meeting ancestry. “I am very proud to welcome Hindash to the Guerlain family. His singular artistry, strong sense of style and deep connection to the region makes him the perfect ambassador to help share the maison’s make-up creative vision to the Middle East, a region whose vibrant beauty inspires the world,” says Gabrielle Saint-Genis, CEO of Guerlain.

Guerlain and Hindash’s creative partnership promises to be more than surface deep—expect plenty of innovation rendered in powdered textures, golden light, and the quiet poetry of a perfectly drawn line.
