Bella Hadid Reveals How She Stays In Shape

Fact: Bella Hadid is a babe. The 22-year-old model is a hot commodity in the fashion world of late, appearing on runways left, right and centre, as well as in big advertising campaigns for the likes of Dior and Nike. And now the brunette beauty, who is undoubtedly a poster child for balance, regularly posting photos of herself eating pizza and burgers on her social media accounts, has revealed exactly what she does to stay in shape.

Bazaar cover star told E! News, "When I work out, I love to work out. I train, and I work out hard for two hours."

In a relatable confession, she did admit that she's not always psyched for her sweat session. "I wouldn't say I get out of bed and I am like, 'I am going to work out!' but when I get to the gym - rock and roll." 

However, she says there's one particular form of exercise she's not overly fussed with. "I don't like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming and it's amazing, but if I am going to go for it, I am going to go hard."
