Here's How To Get Kendall Jenner's Body In Just 11 Minutes

Waking up in the morning and having the body of an Angel would be a pretty sweet deal, and now, we're one step closer to our own set of wings thanks to Kendall Jenner. The supermodel released a video on her website and app overnight, detailing her favourite at-home workout, and although it's only 11 minutes in length, you're guaranteed to feel it from head to toe. 

Using a combination of 13 moves in total - including a variety of planks (seven to be exact) and crunches (five in total), as well as leg lifts - completed in a series of reps, the routine delivers a serious abs blast and thigh burn.

Time to put on your lycra and limber up - PT Kendall is in the house. 

Bazaar Australia has helpfully detailed each step of the workout which you can find below:

Step 1. Forearm plank, 30 seconds.

Step 2. High plank, 30 seconds.

Step 3. Side plank, 15 seconds.

Step 4. Side plank with crunch, 5 reps each side.

Step 5. Alternating arm/leg plank, 15 seconds.

Step 6. Rocking plank, 15 seconds.

Step 7. Knee-to-elbow plank, 5 reps on each side.

Step 8. Standard crunch, 20 reps.

Step 9. Bicycle crunch, 30 seconds.

Step 10. Vertical crunch, 20 seconds.

Step 11. Frog crunch, 15 reps.

Step 12. Twisted crunch, 15 reps.

Step 13. Leg lifts, 15 on each leg.
