The television personality gets candid about her routine here with Bazaar Arabia

MAKE-UP / FRAGRANCE

Favourite make-up brand and why? I use many different make-up brands but my all-time favourite is MAC Cosmetics. They make great quality products and I can always find something I love in their store.

Foundation / concealer: My favourite foundation is by a brand called Mary Kay, I love it because it’s light but offers great coverage. It’s the perfect match to my skin and it doesn’t clog my pores.

Top lip colour: I love my lips glossy! My go-to lip colour is Sephora’s Glossed in the shade Fly. It’s the perfect nude with a hint of pink.

Mascara: For long, beautiful eyelashes I turn to L’Oréal Voluminous in black. It’s easy to remove and the wand separates your lashes to avoid clumps.

Signature scent: I’m obsessed with fragrances and it’s so hard to choose, but for daytime Miss Dior; it’s light and fresh. For evenings I turn to Baccarat Rouge 540, which Maison Francis Kurkdjian created to celebrate the crystal manufacturer’s 250th anniversary. It’s a strong scent but not overbearing.

Make-up hack: Clean fingers to apply foundation!

HAIR

Hairstylist: Rochelle Littlewood.

Hair schedule: Cut and temporary colour every 6 weeks.

Treatments: I have low porosity hair so I do a lot of non-protein treatments. Instead I use organic argan oils and sulfate-free products.

Favourite products: Olaplex.

Off-duty hair look: I love a messy bun as it works well for the gym and school runs!

Bad hair day secret: A sleek ponytail or wear a baseball cap.

SKIN & BODY

Skincare routine morning & evening: I struggled with break outs for many years so my skincare routine is great for anyone with acne-prone skin. I drink a lot of water and use oil-free products. In the morning I cleanse, tone and apply moisturiser or vitamin C serum. In the evening I cleanse, tone and apply night cream.

Moisturiser: Shiseido Waso Shikulime Oil-free Moisturizer.

Cleansers: Shiseido cleansing foam.

Flight essentials: Nars Afterglow Lip Balm, and cleansing pads.

Miracle product: Sunday Riley Good Genes Glycolic Acid Treatment.

Manicure: My favourite polish colour is OPI Silk Negligee. It is the perfect nude.

Sun cream: Shiseido SPF50.

INTERVENTION

Attitude to injectables: I feel this is a personal choice and people should do what makes them feel happy and beautiful. I personally have never had an injectable but maybe a few years down the line I will try it.

Secret surgeries: No secrets here! After breastfeeding my children, I had a breast augmentation.

DIET & FITNESS

I’m a foodie, so fortunately I do not have any food intolerances, however I’m not big on sugar so I try to avoid fizzy drinks and sugary food.

Go-to snack: A juicy red apple.

Workout method: I love cardio, but I added reformer Pilates to my weekly workout during the summer.

Guilty food pleasures: Anything fried. It is not healthy but on my cheat day it’s my go-to.

Beverage preference: I love coconut water!

Breakfast: I’m not a big breakfast person, but my husband makes a full English that I can’t resist.

Food dislikes: Anything with celery in it.
