3 Times Hande Erçel’s Winged Eyeliner Was Better Than Maddy Perez’s

The Turkish star is a pro at rocking a sharp flick, as she hones her signature look with the help of celebrity make-up artists like Ali Riza Ozdemir…

Before Alexa Demie stepped into the role of Maddy Perez in HBO’s hit series, Euphoria, another actress was quietly establishing herself as Queen of The Perfect feline flick… While Sen Cal Kapimi star Hande Erçel is best loved for playing the role of Eda Yıldız, she is equally well known for rocking a strong beauty look, featuring winged eyeliner – both on camera and during her downtime.

Teaming up with the likes of Turkish celebrity make-up artist, Ali Riza Ozdemir, to create her iconic look Hande has been spotted from the pages of international magazines to the red carpet with a sharp flick, often paired with nude lips and subtly flushed skin.

Here, Bazaar Arabia breaks down five of her best beauty looks, straight from her Instagram feed…

Hande Erçel’s Signature Look

If it takes a village to raise a child, it takes to a team to make a star… And while we’re sure Hande is a pro at doing her own hair, make-up and styling she often seeks help from professionals in order to present a sleek, red carpet-ready image of herself for both industry events, photoshoots, and public appearances.

Here, the 28-year-old actress has tapped Ali Riza Ozdemir – along with hairstylist Nuri Sekerci (represented by Mood Mode) and wardrobe stylist Nilay Koçak Meral – to help her create her signature beauty look: a sharp, winged eyeliner draws attention to her beautiful brown eyes, off-set with a shimmery highlighter-esque eyeshadow and fluffy, Bambi-like lashes – complete with a baby pink satin lip and sleek hair.

Saucy Siren

A behind-the-scenes selfie never looked so glam… Hande plays paparazzi and snaps a cheeky photo of herself on set at her recent campaign shoot for Atasay Jewelry. Decked out in jewellery and gems, the actress’ signature look has been switched up a little bit: while she’s still rocking a sharp eyeliner, the mermaid vibes are going strong.

Hande’s hair looks slightly damp and tussled, as she blows a kiss to the camera.

Low Key Diva

If anyone does actress-off-duty dressing right, it’s Hande – and it doesn’t stop at what she’s wearing. In fact, it seems that she truly enjoys playing around with her make-up on her days off.

For a more casual daytime look – like this one here that she’s shared within her Instagram feed – Hande has opted for a smoky eye, keeping her liner soft and subtle; pairing it with (what appears to be) a set of very flirty, false lashes, natural brows, nude lips, and cobalt blue statement nails.
