Put simply, it's a mixture of a strength and cardio workout where you divide your time between running intervals on a treadmill and working your core and with weights at a floor station. Alternate between two treadmill and two floor sessions during the 50-minute class. If treadmills aren’t for you, book the double-floor option for an entire class of weights and core.
Why is Barry’s so effective? By combining cardio with weight training and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods, class-goers can burn up to 1,000 calories in a class.
