Rihanna Radiates Gilded Glamour As the New Face of J’adore Perfume
A new era has officially begun for J’adore
The iconic J’adore Eau de Parfum has been around for decades, quickly becoming an adored fragrance for women around the world since its launch back in 1999. This classic scent is known for its fresh and floral notes of magnolia, peach, pear, melon, mandarin orange and bergamot – and are as synonymous with the perfume as Charlize Theron who became the face of the fragrance in 2004.
Today a new chapter for the perfume has been unveiled as award-winning singer-songwriter and entrepreneur Rihanna has been named face of J’adore L’Or. In the fragrance’s latest campaign, which premiere yesterday evening with a short film by Steven Klein, the Barbados-born perfumer can be seen wandering the halls of Versailles, bringing the spirit of the fragrance to life in all its gilded glory.
Dior signed Rihanna as a brand ambassador back in 2015 – making her the first Black female celebrity to work directly with the maison.

Dressed in a strapless, gold corseted gown and matching choker necklace by Dior creative director, Maria Grazia Chiuri, the singer’s silhouette appeared to emulate the shape of the iconic bottle, which was originally designed by Hervé Van Der Straeten.

J’adore L’Or features notes of orange blossom, jasmine grandiflorium and centifolia rose absolutes, which captures a floral and fruity fragrance.
