Will Rita Ora’s New Haircare Brand Typebea Be Available in The UAE and KSA?

The artist revealed a new business venture, almost three years in the making

In a surprise announcement, British singer and songwriter, Rita Ora, shared the news of working on her latest project, a haircare brand called Typebea.

Taking to Instagram to share the news with her 16.1 million followers in a video, she said that she “wanted to create a range and a product that feels like we are finally prioritising our hair in our everyday life.”

During the video announcing the range, Rita was seen sporting one of her signature hairstyles, long golden-blonde waves.

But she has changed her look throughout the years. From a pink bob to long waves, the 33-year-old has experimented with different styles over her career.

Admitting how being in the entertainment industry has taken a toll on her locks, she said: “I’ve had nearly every hair colour and style. My hair has been bleached, I’ve had extensions, I’ve cut it short. But now I can say my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been.”

In the clip, the Hot Right Now singer added, “From my experience with my hair and my career and everything that I’ve been through, I really wanted to help create a range and a product that feels like we’re finally prioritising our hair in our everyday life.”

The brand’s website currently has a timer that says “coming soon” and is counting down 16 days. The page also allows people to sign up for updates using their email address.

The artist co-founded the brand with Australian haircare expert Anna Lahey, who is the force behind the beauty brand Vida Glow – which offers marine collagen powder for skin, hair, and nails.

According to Anna’s Instagram page, the two have been working on the project for the last three years.
