Dressed in nothing but a charcoal bathrobe Kim Kardashian unveiled SKNN by Kim headquarters in a viral TikTok tour earlier today. From plush glamour rooms and Rick Owens decor to infrared red light therapy beds and more, the reality-television-star-turned-entrepreneur shows off her decadent workspace as she announces her newest business venue: SKKN By Kim Makeup.
Beyond the entrance, there is another transformation as we step into the glam room. Dazzling spotlight mirrors fill one half of the room, while a made-to-measure mannequin stand poised on the side. The walls are then transformed into a digital canvas, showcasing Kim’s beauty campaigns on a loop ensuring every visitor catches a glimpse of her in her element.
“Of course I have a 3D models of my brain and my plane in my office” she explains as she lays across her desk with a wooden bookshelf in the background.

Known for her nude aesthetics, Kim shares her “product shrine”, bathed in elegance with cream, beige and brown shaded bottles lined-up in a well-planned colour sequence. At the end of the video, the style and beauty icon announced the launch of her lip-liners.

This marks the end of KKW Beauty as she embarks on a new era, with 15 shades of nude lip-liners, palettes and more her first campaign for the brand.
“I’ve recently been taking a skin-first approach towards my beauty routine. In developing @SKKN BY KIM Makeup, my goal was not only to create universally-flattering cosmetic essentials, but also to ensure that our products are clean, hydrating, and help improve the look and feel of skin with every wear,” she explained in her Instagram video.

The line will officially launch on January 26 at 9PM GST (9AM PST). Fans are encouraged to join the waitlist at SKKNBYKIM.com in order to be able to purchase the products.
The products can currently be viewed on the website, but shoppers are not yet able to add them to their cart — meaning they will have to wait until January 26 to place their orders.
While it’s unclear whether Kim will be partnership with a local retailer to see her products, the website does confirm that the brand offers international shipping for most international orders over $175 (excluding duties & taxes), noting there may be product specific restrictions. For orders less than $175, a $22.00 flat rate shipping fee applies.
