Will Valentino’s High Perfumes Be Available in the UAE, KSA and GCC?

Sources say the new luxe fragrances will be launching later this year

Fragrance lovers and collectors will soon have another luxe line of scents to add to their wish-lists as Valentino reveals plans to soon unveil a line of “high perfumes”, according to Business of Fashion.

Joining forces with beauty conglomerate L’Oréal, the Italian fashion house’s new fragrances will combine traditional perfuming techniques with creative Italian ingredients like green tangerine from Calabria and Sicilian olive wood.

One of the scents is set to feature a new tuberose component resulting from an exclusive partnership inked last year between L’Oréal and French company Cosmo International Fragrances for its next-generation long extraction technology. They can capture flowers’ essence without using traditional distillation processes that alter the fragrance.

According to the report, the new high perfume range, set to be officially revealed to customers later this spring, is inspired by creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli’s couture shows which have tried to transform the fashion house’s premium, made-to-order line.

The perfumes will be packaged in cut-glass bottles sourced from France and Italy.

The GCC region is known for its love of all-things perfume-related and collectors are eagerly waiting for the launch.

The Valentino website has no details on the release of the line as of now. Currently, the brand’s fragrances are sold in the region by Sephora Middle East and Faces and both retailers have no information on their website about the new launch. Check back soon for more details.
