A Closer Look At The Dreamy Wedding Dress Of Saudi Arabia’s Princess Hassa Bint Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud
French designer Stéphane Rolland shared a glimpse of the gown, giving us rare insight into one of the most private weddings of the year
There was plenty to celebrate in Saudi Arabia this past weekend as King Salman Bin Saud’s daughter Princess Hassa Bint Salman Al Saud wed Prince Fahad Bin Saad Al Saud.
French designer Stéphane Rolland, who created the bride’s exquisite gown, shared a photo of the dress’ details on Instagram – one of the few images that gives us insight into, what we only image to be, was a very extravagant affair.
The luxurious fabric and elaborate embroidery inlaid with crystals and pearls appeared in the photo that he posted on Instagram. “Congratulations to HRH princess Hassa bint Salman and HH prince Fahad bin Saad. Your wish to combine deep Saudi culture with modernity in your wedding gown was really inspirational,” wrote the designer in the caption.
News of the wedding ceremony was circulating on social media which witnessed the presence of members of the royal family and a number of celebrities including Assala and Majed Al Mohandes; star performer, Ahlam, was keen to congratulate the newlyweds, she posted a special song on YouTube dedicated to her Princess Hassa, titled ‘Clouds of Happiness.’
