From Costars To Newlyweds: Actors Sara Abi Kanaan And Wissam Fares Tie The Knot In Fairytale Ceremony
The dreamy nuptials took place over the weekend against the backdrop of Lebanon’s glimmering sea
Wedding season is continuing with full force and the latest celebrity couple to tie the knot are Lebanese artists Sara Abi Kanaan and Wissam Fares.
According to reports, the star duo has been seeing each other for five years and announced their engagement in August 2023. The couple went on to become sweethearts from co-workers after appearing in productions together such as Al Thaman.
Sara shared pictures of their fairytale-themed nuptials on June 1, which took place at Eternity Hamat Village against the picturesque backdrop of Antonio Beach in Lebanon. The beautiful wedding was planned by Eyecandy events.
The bride looked stunning in a dress by Lebanese designer Antoine Kareh and completed the look by statement pieces by Nsouli Jewelry. Whereas, the groom looked dapper in a Maison Elio Moussallem cream-hued suit.
Sara chose to pair the dress with minimalistic make-up with fluttery eyes and a glossy lip by Beirut-based artist Omar Mohamad.
The celebrations continued into the evening where the guests enjoyed live tunes by DJ Elie Saade and also lit sparklers to add to the dreamy theme of the ceremony.
Attendees included top stars such as actress Anjo Rihane and Lebanese pop artist Aziza performed.
Arab stars such as singer Dana Hourani and actress Razane Jammal were also quick to congratulate the newlyweds on social media.
