The #LetGirlsLearn program was introduced by President Barack Obama in March of last year, and Michelle visited the Middle Eastern country after it was announced they would extend funding there. US government foreign aid agency Millenium Challenge Corporation will invest Dhs367,295,000 to help improve secondary education for girls in the region, whilst USAID is also donating money to build dormitories in order to extend the opportunity for education to girls from rural areas. Now that's girl power. - Maddison Glendinning
