Rain In Dubai: A Rainy Morning In The Region In Pictures

With heavy downpour in some of the emirates, it’s finally time to pull out the umbrellas…

Earlier this morning, heavy rain in several emirates including Dubai was reported from The National Center of Meteorology in the UAE.

This comes after light rainfall was first reported in Al Ain yesterday in the early afternoon due to cloud seeding initiatives.

Naturally, netizens took to social media to rejoice in the pleasant surprise and indulge in a mandatory Dubai rain announcement.

The National Center of Meteorology have put out an alert on Twitter asking residents to be wary of flash floods and accumalated rains in eastern areas.

The National Center of Meteorology also shared videos of the heavy rainfall in Fujairah, Kalba and Ras al Khaimah.

The weather in Dubai is currently 32°C and is expected to reach a low of 25°C tonight.

With all this rainfall, it might be time to pull out our dusty raincoats and boots.
