Mariah Carey Under the Stars
Kicking off Saadiyat Nights, a first-time open-air musical event series, beloved artist Mariah Carey is set to perform on the 6th of January. The award-winning singer’s performance will be at the Saadiyat Island, backdropped against the island’s breathtaking landscape and cultural institutions, including the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Manarat Al Saadiyat.

Hamilton Broadway Show
Making its Middle Eastern debut, the award-winning Hamilton Broadway Show is coming to the capital from the 17th of January to the 11th of February. The cast will take the stage at Yas Island’s Etihad Arena to do what they do best; tell a story through a variety of musical genres. With music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, and choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, this show is not to be missed!

Abu Dhabi Sail Grand Prix
In their first-ever Abu Dhabi event, the Sail Grand Prix promises to deliver two days packed with action and, of course, entertainment! Held on the 13th and 14th of January, the event will be a part of season four of the race series, which includes races in New York, Los Angeles, Sydney, Saint-Tropez and San Francisco.

Al Hosn Festival
An expression of Abu Dhabi’s Culture, the Al Hosn Festival brings the annual celebration of the Emirate’s heritage, set to take place at one of the capital’s most beautiful historic sites, Qasr Al Hosn. Starting the 19th of January until the 28th of January, visitors can expect souks, traditional shows, musical performances, art exhibitions, and much more.

Andrea Bocelli Under the Stars
Award-winning Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli will return to Abu Dhabi for the first time since 2022 to join the Saadiyat Nights series. The world-renowned artist is set to take the stage on the 27th of January in Saadiyat Island, performing in an open-air venue in the heart of the cultural district.

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque’s Night Tour
While the Mosque has been one of the city’s famous landmarks, recognised worldwide for its beauty and exquisite design, the Grand Mosque has recently initiated the ‘Sura’ Evening Cultural Tours, allowing visitors to explore the grounds at night for the first time ever. With the Mosque now open 24 hours, these tours will allow guests to see the site as never before, enjoying the tranquil atmosphere as the rest of the city falls asleep.

Middle East Film and Comic Con 2024
Coming back for its 12th edition, this year’s event will bring in some big names, including Troy Baker, known for The Last of Us; Peter Cullen, known for Transformers; and Inaki Godoy, known for One Piece-Live Action. Commencing on the 9th of February until the 11th of February, the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC) will be transformed to accommodate hundreds of fans, who can participate in activities, attend talks, and enter cosplay competitions.

Wireless Festival Abu Dhabi
Coming back for the second year in a row, Wireless Festival is sure to shake the capital. While the setlist has yet to be released it will certainly be great as last year headliners included Travis Scott, M.I.A, Lil Uzi Vert, and Wegz. The festival is set to take place on the 2nd of March at the Etihad Park in Yas Island.

Matilda The Musical
Coming to Yas Island’s Etihad Arena, the award-winning musical will be performed from the 20th of June until the 23rd of June. Based on renowned children’s author Roald Dahl’s book of the same name, the show follows an intelligent young girl trying to escape her school and home life and change her destiny.
