An Immersive, Art-Filled Fashion Experience Is Coming To Saudi Arabia This Ramadan…

KSA fashion designers, emerging creatives and local artisans will take over 9 by Lift gallery in Riyadh throughout the Holy Month…

The spotlight will be shining brightly on Saudi talent this Ramadan as Her Highness Princess Nouf bint Abdulaziz Al Saud opens her art gallery, 9 by Lift, to KSA creatives, artisans and fashion designers.

In partnership with Harper’s Bazaar Saudi, Her Highness is generously dedicating a portion of the gallery’s space to artistic expression, providing opportunities for the public to interact with art and fashion in a truly immersive manner.

“9 by Lift is celebrating the synergy that arises when luxury, art and fashion collide – and with Harper’s Bazaar Saudi, our special guest of honour, everyone is looking forward to seeing how this collaboration will manifest itself,” Her Highness says, touching on why it was a natural fit to join forces with the first international luxury fashion and lifestyle magazine to be published within the Kingdom. “Lift is a place dedicated to uplifting young artists and shining a light on homegrown talents, and we could not have found a better partner for this project than Harper’s Bazaar. The magazine has always been an elite publication and a dominant presence in the fashion industry.”

The immersive experience will begin next week with local brands being given the space to showcase their Ramadan collections, from abayas and gowns to accessories and jewellery. The first week – which starts this Sunday, March 13 – will feature the work of Rawiah Bagabas Abayas, Diademe design, The Bisht, Waela Couture, Yataghan jewellery and Vecino_SA Accessories.

“At 9 by Lift we are forging a creative, contemporary atmosphere that our brands and fashion enthusiasts will appreciate while working to nurture the next generation of Saudi talent,” Her Highness says. “This collaboration creates playful opportunities, combining art and fashion in an immersive manner.”

The gallery will also introduce its guests to the illustrious history of the Harper’s Bazaar brand with an eye-catching display of some of the magazine’s most memorable covers, along with notable editorials and content that have been published Bazaar Saudi throughout the past year.

Guests can also take part in panel discussions presented by the luxury magazine’s editors and other leading industry experts, as they enjoy refreshments on the cosy terrace of the Lift cafe.
