The dinner and a show-style of entertainment has reopened with a unique culinary experience and bold performances

Billionaire, owned by F1 legend Flavio Briatore, first launched in Porto Cervo in 1998 and his brand has massively grown in the elite and entertainment industry with destinations across Europe, UK, Middle East and Africa.

The menu offers an impressive culinary journey created by celebrity chef Batuhan Piatti Zeynioglu. It all begins with wagyu beef carpaccio, phyllo pastry with wasabi mayo and guacamole that is prepared at your table. The homemade pasta and risotto selection is a delightful treat with dishes such as spinach and ricotta ravioli with butter and sage sauce and maltagliati pasta with spiny lobster.

For the mains, the miso marinated Alaskan black cod is truly delicious and for meat-lovers, the four season wagyu rib eye is delicately tender and full of flavour.

Fans of sushi will enjoy the new Asian menu and the Billionaire sashimi and maki selection (24 pieces) is the perfect mix to satisfy the most demanding palates.

Billionaire’s design is inspired by nautical references from Porto Cervo mixed with elements from theatre which take you to another world as soon as you step in. The bespoke interior features velvet, ribbed timber and brass metalwork that creates a very luxurious and glamorous environment.

The circular motif is a symbol of the warm Italian sun and is represented across light fittings and wall coverings.

Particularly striking are the bold lipstick red chairs set against white table cloths and the mirrors, which create distinct glimpses and reflections of the whole space.
