Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh Unveils Newly Renovated Rooms
The revamped rooms’ aesthetic is strongly influenced by Saudi heritage and custom designs for a lavish experience
Located in the iconic Kingdom Tower, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh has remodelled its rooms and suites, offering guests an enhanced experience.
Renowned hospitality design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates envisioned the guestrooms and suites to reflect Saudi’s rich cultural history. Inspired by the literal meaning of Riyadh, which translates to garden, the magnificent guestrooms highlight two distinctive colour palettes. Bright shades of green and turquoise are spread throughout the carpets, and custom wall coverings and handmade accessories crafted by local artisans can also be found.
The walls are decorated with historic tribal patterns engraved in wood; such as the custom-built closet wall coverings and the sliding window panels that connect the bathroom with the bedroom. Each of the wall panels are accented with stylish tufted and stitched leather upholstery, further adding to the air of luxury.
Four Seasons partnered with philanthropic foundation, Alwaleed Philanthropies, chaired by HRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, to select empowering, locally-crafted artwork for a fresh aesthetic. Each room has been upgraded with modern amenities such as automated curtains and lighting systems, iPads, smart TVs, Bose bluetooth speakers and smart makeup mirrors.
