A New Luxe Resort is Set To Open Its Doors in AlUla
Mexican eco-luxury brand Azulik is set to open in 2027…
The Royal Commission for AlUla plans to bring world-renowned Mexican luxury brand, Azulik, to Saudi Arabia. Keeping in line with the 2030 Saudi Green Initiative and Vision, the resort intends to seamlessly blend both art and sustainability, as well as highlight the natural heritage AlUla has to offer.
This ethereal hotel has plans to offer over 70 different luxury villas and will boast a VIP club, welcome lounges, a spa, dining areas and a SFER IK museum.
Designed by Roth Architecture, this dreamy getaway will mimic the grace of the surrounding sand dune cliffs, whilst utilising natural materials and fibers for its build and exterior. Materials are also to be locally sourced from AlUla itself, or from the greater Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to boost regional economic growth and create local jobs.
With breathtaking projects already existing in other places, we are eagerly waiting to see how Azulik brings their own charm to the luxury travel hub of the region.
