Are Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez Friends?

The forces of the universe appear to have shifted as two former rivals (if you can call them that) have sent a clear message to their fans, confirming to the world that they are, indeed, “cool” with one and other.
Weeks after Hailey Bieber’s explosive interview on Call Her Daddy, the model was spotted posing with awarding winner performer Selena Gomez — her husband Justin Bieber’s ex-girlfriend — at the Academy Museum Gala.
Since the breakup occurred back in 2018 fans have been taking sides, lashing out at both women — both online and in person (after all, who can forget the hate Hailey got on the MET Gala red carpet from Selena’s fans?)
Throughout the interview, Hailey (who didn’t refer to Selena by name — although it was clear to listeners who she was talking about) shared her truth and stressed that everyone had moved on from the past.
NYC-based photographer and filmmaker Tyrell Hampton photographed the pair together this weekend, sharing the image on his Instagram. “Plot twist,” he wrote within the caption.
So… are Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez friends?
From their body language, the pair seem to have moved past the drama, clearly sending a message to their fans that they want the negativity to be put to bed.
Many celebrities and notable social media personalities left comments on the post including Leonie Hanne, Lena Situations, and model Indira Lynn Scott.
“We love to see it,” Lena wrote in the comments.
Hailey looked beautiful in a deep chocolate YSL gown, styled by Los Angeles-based stylist Karla Welch.
Selena was dressed in a black blazer with silver statement accessories.
