Just days after the release of the second season of I Am Georgina, Georgina Rodríguez’s highly-anticipated Netflix reality show that narrates her glamorous life, the Spanish influencer and social media personality announced her collaboration with Saudi Arabian perfumery Laverne with a heartwarming video where she talked about her new life in the Kingdom.
Georgina and her partner, soccer sensation Cristiano Ronaldo, moved to the Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh earlier this year when the sports legend made the move from his former club Manchester United to Al-Nassr FC with whom he signed a two-and-a-half-year contract.
Since then, the twenty-nine-year-old model has comfortably settled into the region with her and Ronaldo‘s children who are already learning Arabic and adapting to the local culture. In the candid video where Georgina introduces herself in Arabic wearing a floor-length navy blue gown by Ali Karoui Couture and jewellery by Chopard, she chronicles her life in the nation.
When asked what she likes most about Saudi culture, the global face of Elisabetta Franchi talks about how she feels very safe in the country and really appreciates its family values. Describing Saudi Arabia as “heaven on earth”, Georgina says that she was very happy to connect with the power and magic in the Saudi desert.
The I Am Georgina star also shared her reverence for the holy month of Ramadan and said that she is grateful to celebrate the festival in its place of origin.
