Is Ola Ghanem Returning To Acting? The Answer Could Be Yes
The Egyptian actress has hinted that she may return to the silver screen, but only for the right project
Four years ago Ola Ghanem decided to take a step back from the Arabic film industry in order to focus on her family. The actress, who is best-loved for starring in the series Zizinia, made her final appearance in the Ramadan series Thel El Raees in 2017, before taking a hiatus. She moved to the United States and has kept a low profile ever since… until now.
According to Al Arabiya, Ola has confirmed that she is currently back in Egypt to celebrate her daughter’s wedding and will return to America once the festivities are over, however, she did hint that an acting project could potentially be in the works at some point in the future.
The actress stressed that when she returns to the silver screen, it will be for a project like no other she’s ever worked on. She mentioned that she’s recieved offers for roles recently, but will only return to work on a project that would have a positive impact on the film industry.
“To all my fans, I miss you the most,” Ola wrote in the caption of one her of Instagram posts.
While being away has clearly been a healthy change for the actress, fans have been impatiently waiting for her comeback, as they hope to see Ola on-screen sooner rather than later.
