Egyptian actress Mona Zaki recently appeared on DMC’s program, Sahibet Al-Saada, where she shared details about her marriage — including how she met the love of her life.
During the show, which is hosted by famous television presenter Esaad Younes, Mona spoke about her relationship with her husband. She discussed how it began as a close friendship, as the pair first met at a business meeting regarding a play they were both working on together.
Soon after, their friendship blossomed into something more special, as Mona described how she introduced him to her close friends before they became romantically involved.
During the interview, Mona also said that she feels the respect and love from the public towards her relationship with Ahmed; however, she hopes that people don’t assume that life is only what it seems to be on social media.
Both Mona and Esaad, who seem to have a strong and loving friendship, shared their excitement about the interview on their Instagram accounts.
Esaad posted several behind-the-scenes posts from the episode, expressing her joy for having Mona on the show. In one video, Esaad says that Mona is “like one of her children that she has always loved.”
