Rita Ora And Taika Waititi Wed In An Intimate Ceremony
The couple’s secret nuptials took place in London
It looks like Rita Ora and Taika Waititi are Hollywood’s newest husband and wife. The pair have reportedly tied the knot secretly in London this week, after a year and a half of dating. According to Bazaar Singapore, only their “nearest and dearest” were invited to the intimate wedding, and Rita has allegedly changed her last name to “Ora-Waititi” after the wedding.
The news comes after the British songstress was spotted wearing a gold band on her ring finger in her recent trip to Paris on her Instagram. Likewise, her beau Taika was also seen with a ring on his finger, according to Vanity Fair.
The stars have always been quite public with their affection for one another, often taking to Instagram to support their significant half throughout their relationship. Infact, the duo first sparked dating rumors after sharing a picture on the platform — and since then, their love story has been the talk of the town. In March, Taika was captured adorably fixing Rita’s gown on the red carpet, according to Bazaar US.
Who is Taika Waititi?
The singer’s beau is a critically acclaimed director, with films such as Jojo Rabbit, Thor: Ragnarok, and Boy under his belt. A New Zealand native, Taika has two daughters that he shares with his previous wife, Chelsea Winstanley.
