Samir Ghanem’s Wife In Critical Condition As She Recovers From COVID-19
Despite her recovery from the novel coronavirus, the actress is still unstable as she remains in hospital for treatment
The family of the late Samir Ghanem have confirm his wife is still in hospital, suffering from COVID-related effects. Dalal Abdel Aziz, artist and wife to the late Egytian actor, singer and all-round icon has been receiving treatment in an isolation hospital for over 30 days now. Though her health condition remains unstable, the family have confirmed she is slowly, but surely improving.
The artist’s daughter, Donia Samir Ghanem, has shared insight into the heartbreaking battle, as she shared a photo on Instagram with a caption, keeping fans and followers updated on her mother’s progress.
“All your prayers give us patience and strength to help my mother who is still in intensive care and is unaware about the death of Samir Ghanem, her condition does not allow us to break the news,” wrote Donia in the caption of her image.
Celebrities including Dorra Zarrouk, Jamila Awad and Bushra took the comments to share their prayers for Dalal’s health, wishing both her and her family well during these extremely difficult times.
Samir Ghanem passed away on May 20 at the age of 84 last week due to Covid-related causes; he carried an incredible legacy spanning 60 years, having acted in 150 films, 60 television series and 40 stage plays.
