He Was Born In 1981
Rich Paul was born on December 16th, 1981 and is based in Cleveland, Ohio. According to People he wanted to be an athlete when he was younger but looked up to his father who inspired him to lean more towards the business side of the sports industry.
He is A Sports Agent
The forty-one-year-old is the founder of the Klutch Sports Group, an agency representing some of the biggest names in the industry, such as LeBron James, Trae Young and Ben Simmons. In 2022, Forbes listed him as one of the most influential sports agents.
He Has Three Children
According to GhGossip, Rich Paul has three children Reonna Simone, Richie and Zane. Rich is known for trying to shield his family away from the spotlight as much as possible, therefore not much is known about the three. He only posted an image of Reonna, congratulating her to her graduation.
He Made NCAA History
In August 2019, Rich helped change the National Collegiate Athletic Association regulations that required agents to have earned a bachelor’s degree. Rich said in an op-ed with The Atlantic that the change was “preventing young people from less prestigious backgrounds, and often people of color, from working in the system they continue to control.”
