After being spotted and scouted by the British model agency, Storm Management at the age of 12, Mia has gone on to work with prestigious luxury brands such as Marc Jacobs, Gucci Beauty and Isabel Marant.

Mia was born in Chippenham, Wiltshire, United Kingdom on November 20, 2002, making the model a Scorpio. Additionally, Mia attended the Royal High School of Bath and later attended a University in the UK.
Her father is manager at Wiltshire Air Ambulance Charitable Trust
Mia was born to Wiltshire Air Ambulance Charitable Trust manager, Des Regan and Helen Regan who is said to be her biggest supporter.

Mia made her debut in the modelling industry at just twelve years old after Storm Management spotted and later signed her. Since then, the model has appeared in a variety of campaigns for luxury brands such as Gucci Beauty, Fendi and Net-A-Porter.
