Yes, you read that right. The Grammy award winner has reportedly sold the rights to his collection of 291 songs.
The twenty-eight-year-old Canadian singer has been in the limelight since he was a teenager, who has consistently cleaned up at numerous awards shows including the Billboard Music Awards and The BRIT Awards. He’s also made Forbes Magazine’s top ten most powerful celebrities a number of times.
Aside from being known for his hit, Baby, which quickly became one of the best-selling singles of all time in the US, the singer is best known for tracks like Under the Mistletoe, Believe and Stuck with U of which he worked with Ariana Grande.
Why Did Justin Bieber Sell The Rights To His Songs?
According to The Guardian, the twenty-eight-year-old star has cashed in on $200 million (approximately 734,558,000 AED) by selling his 291 songs to Hipgnosis Songs Captial.
The reason why Justin has sold the rights is unclear; the award-winning artist has yet to publically comment on the matter.
