Why did Khloe Kardashian Choose Surrogacy? Bazaar Arabia shares everything we know…

Khloé Kardashian and ex-fiance, Tristan Thompson, are stepping into a new chapter of their lives, as they prepare to welcome the arrival of their second child. While both parents have yet to comment on the birth, a statement from the pair revealed that the newest addition to the family will be born via surrogacy.

“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November,” the statement read. “Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.”

Why did Khloé Kardashian Choose Surrogacy?

According to some sources while there are valid medical reasons as to why Khloé opted to have her second child via surrogacy, the 38-year-old social media sensation and founder of Good American apparel wanted to avoid “putting such a strain on her body.”

A source told Heat Magazine that avoiding the physical challenges of pregnancy was a big part of choosing to use a surrogate. Apparently Khloé and her sister, Kim Kardashian, have made a pack to get into the best physical shape this year, and the sibling rivalry between the two is getting intense.

Neither Khloé nor Kim or Tristan have confirmed if this is true.

When is Khloé Kardashian’s Baby Due?

There is no way to verify this information without the reality television star, her surrogate or her doctor’s confirmation – however, according to the statement, the baby was conceived in November 2021, meaning we can probably expect the arrival of the little one to happen in the coming weeks, sometime between August and early September 2022.

And Khloé Isn’t Alone in Choosing Surrogacy…

Khloé and Tristan certainly aren’t the first celebrity couple to welcome a child via surrogate. Her sister, Kim Kardashian, and former husband Kanye “Ye” West welcomed two of their four children, Chicago (born in 2018) and Psalm (born in 2019), via surrogate with other notable Hollywood A-Listers like Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, Jimmy Fallon and Nancy Juvonen Fallon and Tyra Banks having started their respective families with the help of science.

Khloé and Tristan currently have one daughter together, True.
