The 28-year-old American singer-songwriter has ‘amicably split’ from their partner, 40-year-old film producer; Alev Aydin.
According to Daily Mail, Halsey (born Ashley Nicolette Frangipane) has filed legal documents for full physical custody of their 21-month-old son, Ender Ridley Aydin, however, the Him & I singer wants to split legal joint custody with the Turkish film producer.
Additionally, the 28-year-old wants to split the costs of establishing paternity and attorney fees with Alev. Unfortunately, there is no word on child support as of yet.
The pair reportedly began dating after they were spotted together at a Los Angeles Lakers game in March 2019 and three years later Halsey announced she was pregnant via her Instagram account.

Unfortunately, it’s not known why the two have decided to split after five years as they have not yet spoken to the public about the reasoning behind the break up.
